1.1. Mobile Application – software developed for the mobile platforms iOS, Android, intended for installation and use on smartphones, providing access to various features and services.
1.2. The copyright holder is an individual entrepreneur Nazarii Kovalchuk, who owns the exclusive rights to the DressMe Mobile Application.
1.3. User – any person who uses the DressMe Mobile Application in accordance with the requirements of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy").
2. General Terms and Conditions
2.1. This Policy defines the procedure for the processing and protection of User information by the Copyright Holder. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of the personal information that the User provides when using the DressMe Mobile Application.

4.4. The Copyright Holder does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User and assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient information.
5. Terms of use of the Mobile App
5.1. By using the DressMe Mobile Application, the User confirms that they:
- Have the rights necessary to register and use the DressMe Mobile Application.
- Provide accurate information as required to use the DressMe Mobile Application.
- Understand that information provided may become accessible to third parties and may be copied or distributed.
- Agree to the terms of this Policy and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of their personal data.
5.2. The Copyright Holder does not verify the accuracy of the information received about Users except as necessary to fulfill obligations to the User.
6. User personal information
6.1. Personal information includes data provided by the User when using the DressMe Mobile Application, such as name, phone number, email address, and other relevant details.
6.2. Data automatically transferred includes IP address, information from cookies, browser details, access time, and requested page address.
6.3. Other information about the User may be collected as defined in the regulatory documents of the DressMe Mobile Application.
7. Changing and deleting personal data
7.1. The User can update or delete their personal information through the DressMe Mobile Application or by contacting the Copyright Holder. The User is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their information.
